Mike has been a certified personal chef since 2001, was elected to serve a three year term on the National Advisory Council for the United States Personal Chef Association , a two year term as the USPCA Dallas Chapter President, and a two year term as the USPCA Dallas Chapter Treasurer. 

Mike has a culinary diploma from AIMS Academy in Dallas, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida . He is also ServSave certified.
